Alex has been in the property industry for some 20 years and has worked in both the UK and overseas property markets selling thousands of new build, residential and investment based property throughout the world. Alex is very hands on with the new homes team and is particularly keen to ensure that our developer clients receive an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
Alex also owns the Lanes Estate Agents network of residential offices so he and his team are extremely well placed to proactively deal with the many dependent sale properties, Part Exchanges and Assisted Move instructions that are generated via our Lanes Exclusive Homes.
Leading our new homes sales teams since the company’s original inception Peter’s vast experience and passion has delivered hundreds of new build schemes giving him and his clients an edge in terms of better access to up to date buying trends, data and values – proven time and again as being vital components for accurate land and development appraisals whilst maximising both revenues and saleability. With a network of site based and direct sales staff selling a wide range of small, medium and large developments across the region Peter’s assistance with scheme, optimum mix, sizing and unit design and specifications can make a real difference to sales rates and margins. The earlier he is involved the better and all advice does of course remain confidential and without obligation.
Hannah has very quickly and successfully established herself as one of the leading faces in the new homes industry and has over 12 years experience. Hannah enjoys working with our clients at the very early stages of the development advising on purchaser profile/demographics and in turn recommending what the appropriate marketing material and its concept/design should be and then arranging its production. Over the years we have worked with numerous companies in varying fields so Hannah is able to recommend the best and most cost effective people who produce top quality CGI’s, brochures, hoarding and room staging to show homes.
Hannah has the enthusiasm and drive to deliver on all our projects, whilst creating comprehensive marketing strategies for all of our developer clients.
Jake is an instrumental member of our New Homes department, co-ordinating the efforts of both our experienced office sales team and site based staff in order to achieve our clients desired sales rate and revenue levels. Correct detailed information is vital in our industry and Jake prides himself on delivering comprehensive information and detail on all schemes so that the team are fully au fait and able to confidently sell. Giving in-depth weekly updates is also very important to our clients relating to all aspects of the sales and marketing process, thus developer and client satisfaction is maintained at all times. Jake has worked at Lanes for 8 years and has 12 years’ experience in the property industry, specifically having spent the majority of his career focusing solely on new homes.
Michelle has worked at lanes for over 20 years and heads our specialist North London Department. Having lived in Enfield with her family for many years Michelle knows the area and her market place like the back of her hand and invariably a large number of her buyers also, especially those looking to downsize. Knowing exactly what her purchaser profile likes and particularly dislikes enables Michelle to correctly advise both existing and new developer clients on what they should build, how it should be specified and what the optimum sizes are in order to maximise revenues that will still achieve the clients desired sales rate. Michelle is very much customer service oriented and over the years has built up excellent relationships with a number of small, medium and the larger PLC clients.
